In 2012, my goal was to raise enough money to buy shoes for each of the 350 students at Crossroads Springs Institute for the new year.
My friends and I designed holiday cards that were sent to each of the children. For a suggested minimum donation of $12, each donor could send a card with a personalized message to a student at Crossroads Springs. Each donation of $12 or more was also enough to provide one student with a new pair of shoes for the new year.
